I was supposed to get a parcel between 16th and 22nd Dec 2014. They never even came on site of delivery. I checked allied website and it says its going to be sent back to supplier.
After repeated calls, i got someone and they said it is still in my city packed to sent back but cannot deliver it now. i has to go back. So unhelpful.
I called the supplier inform the situation, he told me that Allied Express lied to him that i did not sign the parcel when delivered. what a huge lie....
the supplier said he shall try from his end.
Next day i get text message that the item will be delivered today. we waited all day.. nothing came. i called in the afternoon to know that the message was wrongly sent. they are so bad that they don't care to correct their mistakes
my 4 days wasted for just a delivery.
Never sent anything by Allied Express.
I have decided not to buy from the supplier again just because of the courier service they choose.
